To log in you will need your email address (if you have multiple, it is the one Advocate OT contacts you on) & the password you used when registering
If you don’t remember registering? That’s okay! Your email is in our system, simply click ‘forgot password’ and set yourself a new one
If you are on the mobile website, you will need to navigate to the top right corner of your screen and click on the ⋮ button
