What if I have insufficient funding in my NDIS plan?

If you are on the NDIS and you have insufficient Improved Daily Living funds, your support coordinator can ask the NDIS to review your plan early or notify the NDIS of a change of circumstances. Your therapist may be required to submit a report to facilitate this review.

What if my support needs fall outside the below pricing estimates?

*Please note that the below prices are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of someone’s support needs. If your support needs fall outside of the below hourly estimates, your Therapist will ensure to consult you before commencing work.

NDIS Access Request Report - up to 10 hours (incl. initial apt, notes & full FCA report)

Initial OT Appointment (Functional Capacity Assessment) - up to 4 hours (incl. notes & travel)

Initial OT Appointment AND Initial FCA Report - up to 10 hours (incl. initial apt, notes & full FCA report)

Plan Re Assessment Report (*minimum 4 weeks notice required) - up to 10 hours (minimum 3 hours)

Capacity Building (regular therapy - cooking, social skills, travel training etc. - up to 3.5 hours per session (incl. travel & notes)

Home Modifications (access, grab rails, bathroom changes, kitchen changes etc) - up to 30 hours (rates vary based on minor vs. major modifications required)

Housing Assessment and Report (Social Housing, SIL/SDA, other) - up to 30 hours (rates vary based on complexity of support needs)

Low cost Assistive Technology (less than $1500) - up to 3 hours per piece of equipment (incl. research, organisation & support letter)

Mid cost Assistive Technology (less than $15, 000) - up to 15 hours per piece of equipment (incl. above + equipment trial & mid cost NDIS report)

High cost Assistive Technology (greater than $15, 000) - up to 30 hours per piece of equipment (incl. above + equipment trial & full cost NDIS Report)

Support Letters (advocacy to access external services, respite or leisure activities)- up to 4 hours per support letter/report (rates vary on type of support requested)
